MyShipNow is our portal used to create and print Mercury labels. Packages are tendered to our Mercury drivers who our clients know on a first-name basis. Packages can be left in a designated area using our Red Mercury Bucket and our drivers can return for a second pickup or wait when clients run behind. Shipments with a Mercury label are brought to one of our offices, where our expert team double-checks addresses, monitors weather at carrier hubs, and checks for labels and required paperwork. That same evening, carriers arrive at Mercury for their final pickup on their way to the airport where all of our clients shipments from that day make their way to the carrier’s hub.
For pre-printed returns and inbound shipments from suppliers, Mercury offers flexible options to directly create carrier labels and schedule carrier pickups. Every shipment through Mercury is proactively tracked and our expert team is always available for questions or guidance with no 1-800 number.
Clients receive a sorted and grouped invoice, broken down by internal cost centers such as a client/matter number or project name, that is customized to meet your needs.
