Warehousing & Fulfillment

Mercury is unique in that we manage the temporary storage of crates or robots as they move from one appointment to another. 

We provide both long-term and temporary warehousing solutions. Our clients utilize our flexible warehousing options when they need additional storage space or when they want to move products across the country. Whether the robot is coming from a contract manufacturer or your own facility, we can handle the pickup and manage the entire shipment process, giving you complete visibility. For robotics companies with smaller devices or short-term storage needs, our highly secure and dry warehousing space can accommodate both single pallets and longer-term storage. . 

Mercury does not require a contract and offers simple month-to-month billing.

Packaging and Crating

When shipping a robot, it is essential to think about how the device will be handled and moved during transport, as it may change modes of transportation, such as planes, vehicles, and terminals.

Adequate packaging is crucial, and we offer guidance on the appropriate packaging materials, insurance, and labeling requirements to ensure that the robot is safely and efficiently shipped. The size of the robot will determine the type of packaging needed, whether it be a custom-made crate or a smaller, durable hard shell case.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Repairs and warranties are often provided by robotics companies for when one of their robots needs repair or upgrade. Mercury helps our clients manage the return of the original device and setup a process to ship out either a new robot or the repaired robot.
