This is How The Process Works
Initiating Asset Return: To start the process, send an email to your dedicated squad team. Include the details of the equipment being returned and the returner's address. If you have multiple locations returning assets, you can provide the information in a spreadsheet to us.
Shipping & Pickups: Mercury will ship the supplies back to your office. The shipment will include a preprinted/prepaid shipping label addressed to your office. Additionally, we will provide instructions on how the recipient can request a pickup at a convenient time.
Proactive Monitoring for Timely Returns: Mercury will monitor the delivery of the supplies to the specified address. If there is no progress in the return process within 2 days of delivery, Mercury will contact the pickup site to offer assistance. We will confirm the supply delivery, and if necessary, Mercury will arrange for a pickup. Please ensure you provide a contact phone number and/or email address.
Attempting Site Contact: Mercury will make two attempts to reach out to the site within a 5-business-day period. If there is no response or resolution on the asset pickup, Mercury will notify your office. At this point, you can proceed with the next step of your recovery policy.
