  1. Create your Mercury account. If you don’t have one, sign up to access shipping services.

  2. Share your Shopify collaborator code

  3. In Settings → Users & Permissions → Collaborators, copy your store’s code and send it to Mercury. You’ll then receive a collaborator request.

  4. Approve Mercury’s request in Shopify

  5. Open the email from Shopify and click View request. Approve Mercury Business Services as a collaborator.

  6. Confirm Mercury as a user

  7. In your Shopify admin, make sure Mercury shows as an active user.

  • For any SKU that requires dry ice, set the dry ice amount at the variant level. Non-dry-ice products ship as usual.

  • When you fulfill an order, Mercury generates the label (with dry-ice details when applicable) and emails it to your fulfillment team.

  • Tracking appears in the Mercury Portal, while your Squad monitors the shipment.

  • Dry ice per variant – set once; it auto-applies to future labels.
